Let's be honest. Most of us come limping into the New Year. We all make New Year's Resolutions or set health goals this time of year because we are sick and tired of being sick and tired! We've overdone it AGAIN with the holidays, even though we swore we wouldn't, and now we are dealing with the irritability of a a sugar hangover. And our kids, oh my. Don't get me started.

It's human nature to want a fresh start this time of year. We change and evolve with the seasons. Winter is a great time to come into ourselves, our families, rest, recharge, and renew.
