This year she will lead participants through three workshops in a series designed to nourish and inspire.

Saturday

Fabulous Fermenting- 9:00-11am

This workshop is perfect for anyone who has fallen in love with the flavor, health benefits, and art of fermented foods. Deepen your understanding and delve into new flavors as Marion shares her passions for cultured foods. 

Lunch 11:00am-12:00pm

Homemade Bread 12:00pm-2:30pm

Sunday 9:30 - 11:30 Learn to make a simple artisan bread in this workshops and go home ready to craft your own comfort food.

Artisan Cheese 2:30pm-5:00pm

This workshop is for cheese lovers. Learn to make your own simple and tasty cheese. Take the mystery out of one of life's greatest comfort foods. Among all of the projects that brave home cooks take on, cheese-making seems to be one of the more intimidating and avoided. There are cultures, temperatures and butterfat percentages to consider... right? Don't worry, if you've ever baked a cake, you can master cheese-making. It's a great skill to add to your repertoire, and homemade cheeses are versatile and easily customized to your particular liking.
