5 Ingredient Real Food Recipes

The Challenge: Create a database of healthy, simple, economical meals my whole family would eat.

These meals had to:

- Use five ingredients or less - I have three kids in after school activities and don't have time to a. search for a million ingredients at the store, or b. take more than 45 mins for dinner. Plus, I really don't love to cook, but I love my kids and my husband and I want to be healthy.

- Contain real food - by real food I mean whole ingredients, less or not processed, and healthy(my daughter has a gluten allergy as well)

- Pass my whole family test - if someone in the family won't eat a meal, it doesn't work!

I enlisted health coach and Crohn's disease survivor, Allysa Davis to help me. She revived her own health through diet and lifestyle changes, but she also knows how to make food that my kids love.
